Background
For several decades, TOGETHER CCA
GmbH and its predecessors have been developing market-leading IT solutions for
insurers and insurance brokers in Austria.
The Company has two product lines:
one is a desktop-based data-warehouse application, which supports insurance
brokers to manage their businesses (store and handle customer-, contract-, and
any other insurance-specific data and behaviors) used by back-office
administration; the second is the cloud-based version of this application designed
for sales purposes.
Job Description
Software developer with completed education (Junior) or with
many years of experience (Senior) has to implement new modules, change or
reimplement existing parts of the ongoing IT products; should have strong
analytical talent and solution-oriented thinking to optimize development tasks
and end-customer wishes, help the customer-service to diagnose application-problems
and areas for improvements. The developer should be able to work alone and
cooperate fluently with team members; continuously adapt his/her professional
knowledge to the always-improving technological environment.

Hungarian Contact
TOGETHER CCA GmbH has a Hungarian partner company, the
Develop Together Kft., which is responsible for the administrative tasks of employment
in Hungary. Develop Together Kft. is owned by Cordial Contract Kft.
Working Conditions
Full-time, flexibly scheduled teleworking
via Internet (VPN) from home, applying Scrum principles; Communication by MSTeams,
TeamViewer, E-mail, Phone.
The implemented tasks are counted
per-hour basis, which are collected to monthly work-reports.
Two forms of work are possible:

Working as subcontractor by creating monthly EUR invoices for Develop
Together Kft.

Working as employee at the Develop Together Kft.
Minimum Payment
Junior subcontractor: 15 EUR / Hour
Junior employee: 3500 HUF / Hour (Gross) – 40
